What responsible gaming means

Gaming is an activity meant for entertainment and enjoyment. But kyatm understands that any leisure activity — if handled carelessly — can lead to problems. That is why we provide every player with the tools and information they need to stay in control of their gaming.

Responsible gaming means keeping your play in check so it stays fun and never becomes a financial burden — approaching every session with a mindset that can accept any outcome. At kyatm, access is for players 21 and above only, and protective services are available 24/7 through customer support.

Fully protecting both players and their families is our top priority. This page covers control tools, how to spot signs of problem gambling, and how to get help.

Self-control tools

Deposit Limit

You can set in advance the maximum amount you are allowed to deposit within a daily, weekly, or monthly period. You set this limit yourself and it takes effect immediately. To lower the limit you have already set, you must wait 24 hours; to raise it, it is not instant — there is a waiting period before the increase applies.

Loss Limit

You can set a limit on how much you can lose within a chosen period. Once that amount is reached, play is paused automatically — it's one of the most effective ways to keep your losses in check.

Session Time Limit

You can set how long you play in one continuous session. When the time is up, a reminder will appear and you can stop playing. This helps make sure you still have time to rest and spend with your family after playing.

Temporary Time-Out

You can pause your play from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Your account can only be reopened once the Time-Out period ends. This is the most useful tool when you're feeling stressed or under pressure.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to stop playing long-term, you can set a Self-Exclusion from 6 months up to permanently. During that period, you will not be able to access your gaming account by any means. You can arrange this through [email protected].

Reality Check Reminder

At intervals you set in advance, your screen will show how long you've been playing, how much you've spent, and how much you've won. From there, you can review your session and decide whether to keep playing or stop.

For any questions about these tools, you can reach us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected].

21+ Age Protection

kyatm strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from playing. Date of birth verification is part of the account registration process and cannot be bypassed.

Parents and guardians can install parental control software on computers, phones, and tablets to prevent children from accessing gaming sites. You are also personally responsible for making sure children cannot access your kyatm account. Keep your login details private.

If you know of anyone under 21 who is playing, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

👦 Protecting Children

You should enable search filters on your phone and computer, and keep your kyatm account protected with a password. Never leave a gaming browser session open and unattended.

If in doubt, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat.

Recognise the Signs of Problem Gambling

If one or more of the following signs applies to you, it's time to seek help with your gambling.

01

You keep playing after losses, spending more to try to win back what you lost.

02

You are putting family, friends, or work responsibilities second in order to gamble.

03

You have tried to stop playing but failed and returned to gambling.

04

You feel you have to hide from your family how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.

05

You are using money meant for daily essentials — food, medicine, rent — to gamble.

06

When you stop playing, you frequently feel down, stressed, or restless.

07

You have borrowed money to gamble and are gambling again to try to pay it back.

08

You only feel fulfilled and happy while gambling, and feel empty when you're not playing.

If any of the above signs apply to you, contact [email protected] right away. We're here to help 24/7.

How to Set Limits

To find kyatm's responsible gaming tools, log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section under Account Settings. There you will find deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, Time-Out, and Self-Exclusion tools all in one place.

To set a limit, select the type of limit you want, enter the amount or duration, and confirm. There is no fee for setting any limit.

To set up Self-Exclusion, you can do it directly from your Account Settings or by sending a request to [email protected]. Once done, you will not be able to access your account by any means — this is a strict restriction.

If you have any trouble setting up any of these tools, our 24/7 Live Chat team can help you straight away.

Tips for Balanced Play

Set a Budget in Advance

Decide how much you are going to spend before you start playing. When that amount is gone, stop. Putting in more to chase losses only makes things worse.

Play for Fun Only

Don't rely on gambling as a way to earn income. It's entertainment only — play with a budget you can afford to lose.

Keep a balanced life

Manage your gambling time alongside family, friends, rest, and other activities. Gambling should not be the only entertainment in your life.

Don't gamble while drunk

You can't make good decisions when you're drunk or in a low mood. Stay away from gambling in those situations.

Don't borrow money to gamble

Borrowing money to gamble is a key sign of problem gambling. Only play within your own budget.

Talk openly

If gambling is causing you problems, talk openly with family or a trusted friend. Don't carry the problem alone.

What you should know about responsible gambling

Go to Account Settings on kyatm, find the Responsible Gaming section, and select "Deposit Limit". Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly period, enter the maximum amount you want to allow for that period, and confirm. Once a limit is set, you cannot lower it until 24 hours have passed — this is by design to keep the protection solid.

Your account will not be deleted during Self-Exclusion, but you will not be able to access or play on it by any means. Once the period ends, if you want to play again you will need to contact [email protected] to reopen the account — this will not be done immediately, as there is a review period before access is restored.

Time-Out is a short break from play for a set period between 1 day and 6 weeks, after which your account reopens automatically. Self-Exclusion is a longer-term restriction that can be set from 6 months up to permanent, and reactivating your account after the period ends involves a more thorough review by our team. Think of Time-Out as a brief pause and Self-Exclusion as a firm, extended restriction.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] or through our 24/7 Live Chat. We will investigate right away and suspend the account if needed. We strictly prohibit anyone under 21 from playing.

Yes, in the Account History section on kyatm you can view your game records, deposit and withdrawal history, and bonus history at any time. Reviewing these records and reflecting on your own play patterns is part of responsible gaming.

Gambling should not be relied on as a source of income. It is a form of entertainment, and you should only play with money you can afford to lose. Our advice is simple: play for fun, not with the expectation of making regular earnings from it.

Enjoy the game more with self-control

kyatm's tools are in your hands — control your gambling the way you want and always be ready to play without getting hurt.
