By using the kyatm platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
The terms and conditions set out on this page form a legal agreement between the kyatm platform (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the platform") and any member who uses these services (hereinafter referred to as "user"). By accessing the kyatm website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
General
kyatm is a digital gaming platform offering football betting, live casino, slots, baccarat, and 2D lottery services to players in Myanmar. These terms apply to the platform's website, mobile site, and all related services.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and take effect from the date of publication. Users who continue to use the service after changes are published will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
Account Registration & Membership
2.1 Age Restriction
kyatm services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or playing. If a member accesses the platform through a false declaration that they are 21 or over, their account will be closed immediately and the appropriate consequences will follow.
2.2 One Account Per Member Policy
Each member may register and maintain only one account on the platform. If duplicate accounts are found — opened under the same name, payment method, or device — we will suspend all such accounts and investigate the associated funds.
2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information
The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide when opening an account must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information. Members must keep their login details secure and must not share them with any third party.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum Deposit Amount: 5,000 Ks (for all payment methods) Minimum Withdrawal Amount: 10,000 Ks Withdrawal Processing Time: 10-45 minutes
3.1 Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals at kyatm can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. We only accept deposits made through these methods.
3.2 Deposits
Deposits may be processed instantly or may take a short time depending on the amount and payment method. Do not make a deposit while playing a game if that deposit should not be processed at that time. If a deposit is incomplete, contact kyatm customer support immediately.
3.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed by us, normally within 10-45 minutes. If account verification is required, it may take longer. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit, and transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
3.4 Financial Verification
To prevent money laundering and maintain platform security, we may need to verify account ownership before processing withdrawals. If accurate information is not provided during this process, the withdrawal may be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
kyatm offers a 120% first deposit bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks to play with; this bonus can be withdrawn after wagering it 25 times (24,000 × 25 = 600,000 Ks).
To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement — bonus amount × 25 times. Funds earned from bonuses before the wagering requirement is met cannot be treated as withdrawable cash.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions; please read them carefully.
- Some game types may not contribute to wagering requirements, so please check the relevant bonus terms.
- If fraudulent methods are used in claiming a bonus, we reserve the right to void both the bonus and any funds earned from it.
- Each bonus is available once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device.
VIP Levels and Cashback Program
kyatm's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. A member's tier will increase based on their play history and playing pattern. Cashback rewards are as follows —
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback amounts, award timing, and how to use them must be read alongside our published VIP policy and are subject to change.
Prohibited Activities
Users must refrain from carrying out the following actions:
- Manipulating game outcomes by dishonest means
- Using software bots, tools, or third-party automation to play
- Using arbitrage strategies with the deliberate intention of completing bonus requirements
- Making any financial transfers connected to money laundering
- Attempting to breach the platform's technical systems
- Chip dumping — mixing account funds between players through transfers
- Opening an account or playing on behalf of a third party or someone other than yourself
If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, we reserve the right to suspend the account and void any remaining funds without prior notice.
Games, Results, and Disputes
7.1 Game Results
All games on kyatm use a digitally verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair results. Game outcomes are valid from the time they are confirmed. We do not pay out winnings caused by software errors — any rounds affected by an error will be voided and replayed.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute about any game result or payment, please contact kyatm's support team first at [email protected]. We will review your case and work to resolve it. Our decision will be treated as the final ruling.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- If false personal information is provided
- If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Due to legal requirements or instructions from regulatory authorities
- At the user's own request
After suspension or closure, any genuine funds remaining in the account (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed for possible return.
Personal Data Protection
Personal information provided by members is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Logins and payments are secured with SSL encryption. How and why we share personal information with third parties is described in the policy.
Limitation of Liability
kyatm always strives to run games accurately, but we are not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server failures, or unauthorized interference. By accessing and playing on the platform, you agree to these terms.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites, services, or advertisements. Rewards and game rules shown on the platform are subject to change, and users may only play at the rates currently displayed.
Intellectual Property and Content
The logos, designs, software, game content, graphics, and advertising materials on the kyatm platform are the intellectual property of us or the respective game providers. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any of these without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
